One Stitch at a Time, Together

Monster-making workshops for organizations that show up for their communities every day.

NON-PROFIT & COMMUNITY EVENTS

You are already doing the hard, important work. We want to show up for you with something that brings a little lightness to the lives of the people you serve.

Monsters Made with Love has partnered with schools, shelters, community centers, libraries, youth programs, and advocacy organizations. We bring everything: the kits, the instructions, all the materials, the enthusiasm, and yes, the googly eyes. You just bring the people.

No crafting experience required. No stress. Just a table full of fleece, thread, and people making something they are proud of.

How It Works

We provide fully facilitated on-site sewing workshops tailored to your group’s age, abilities, goals, and schedule, with all materials included. Participants learn beginner sewing skills like cutting patterns, threading needles, tying knots, and sewing buttons while creating projects centered on self-love and creativity.

Sessions last about one hour for a heart project or two hours for a full monster project, with flexible scheduling options.

A Note on Pricing

We believe creativity belongs to everyone. We offer nonprofit pricing and are happy to discuss what works for your organization and your budget. We also love a good fundraising event and enjoy partnering with organizations that make a difference in their communities. No matter the size of your organization, we're here to help make creativity accessible. Reach out, and let's figure something out together. We'd love to help bring your ideas to life in a way that's creative, meaningful, and affordable.

Who We Work With:

We work with all ages and abilities. No two groups are the same, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Kids - We teach them that they can do hard things and that not everything has to be perfect.

Teens - They walk away with a real, lifelong skill and something they made entirely on their own.

Adults - Often, the first time in a long time they have done something just for themselves.

Seniors and Special Needs Communities - We meet people exactly where they are and make sure everyone succeeds.

There is always at least one person in the room who doesn't think they can do it. There is always a monster at the end that proves them wrong.

We would love to hear about your organization and what you have in mind.
