By the time they are done, they have laughed with their coworkers, made something genuinely cool, and have a soft fleece creature to put on their desk that proves it happened.
It is team building that does not feel like team building. That is the trick.

This workshop gives people permission to try something new, make mistakes, and create imperfectly without judgment. Because nobody starts out knowing how to make a monster, everyone enters on equal footing, which helps break down barriers and build genuine connection.

What Happens in the Workshop:
We bring the workshop directly to you, with all materials and instruction included. Each session is customized to fit your group, schedule, and goals while participants learn beginner sewing skills in a relaxed, creative environment.
Before sewing begins, participants write down three things they love about themselves, an exercise that often becomes the most meaningful part of the experience. By the end, everyone leaves with a handmade creation that is completely their own.
