Sewing with a Self-Love Twist
Hand-sewing workshops for groups, organizations, and humans of all kinds. Taught as if you're five years old.

No Experience Needed
You don't need to be crafty, perfect, or know how to thread a needle. What you do need is a willingness to play, make a few mistakes, and spend a little time thinking about what you actually love about yourself. That last part? Harder than the sewing. But we'll get there together. By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with new skills, a one-of-a-kind creation, and a little more confidence than you came in with.
What You'll Make
A Monster: about two hours, fully yours from fabric to fluff. A Heart: about an hour, perfect for shorter sessions or younger kids.
Both teach cutting a pattern, threading a needle, tying two knots, and sewing on a button. We adjust for your group. Just ask.
What You'll Learn Along the Way
Before anyone picks up a needle, you write down three things you love about yourself. Something real. We share ours first, then it's your turn. There is always at least one person who struggles with this. We figure it out together.
Those words sit in front of you while you sew. If you want to, you tuck them inside your monster's belly so on a rough day, you remember they're in there. You made something that holds them.
The last step is giving your monster a hug. To fill it with love, so it can love you right back
